We set out to create a differentiated retail experience in Beauty & Personal Care by moving beyond products to a more holistic, customer-centric approach. This vision led to the creation of Inner & Outer Beauty, with Wellness as a natural extension of the category.
From a concept note in February 2022 to a live format in just six months, BEAUTE&NUTRIE launched its first store in August 2022 in Hyderabad. The store was designed to offer superior choice and experience to mid-premium consumers aged 18–40, with 100+ brands and over 10,000 SKUs. Technology-Enabled, Expert-Led Experience
Our in-store technology empowers customers to make informed choices by building awareness and personalization into every interaction.
Inner Beauty
BCA (Body Composition Analysis) helps customers understand their health indicators. In-house Nutritionist consultations guide customers toward dietary improvements and healthier lifestyles.
Outer Beauty
Virtual Try-On, technology enabled platform performs detailed skin analysis. A personalized report is generated, followed by product recommendations aligned to individual skin concerns. Our beauty experts curate customized skincare regimens tailored to each customer’s unique needs.
To keep the experience authentic and relatable, we created a look book featuring our own employees, enabling experts to deliver realistic makeovers that help customers feel confident and beautiful.

Our unique concept and in-store services have received overwhelming customer appreciation, reflected in a Google rating of 4.9 and consistently positive reviews.
We launched our first multi-brand kiosk at Orion Gateway Mall, Bangalore, and today operate 27 stores across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Calicut, and Thiruvananthapuram.
The Road Ahead
Apollo’s long-term vision is to scale this vertical to 300 stores by 2030, while also expanding digital access through Apollo 24|7, enabling us to serve millions of customers with a seamless omnichannel beauty and wellness experience.
